1. Admission & Enrollment
Admission to any course is confirmed only after payment of fees.
Students must provide accurate personal and academic details.
VACIIT reserves the right to grant or refuse admission based on internal criteria.
2. Attendance & Discipline
Students are required to maintain regular attendance.
Misbehavior, disrespect, or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Use of mobile phones during classes is strictly prohibited unless specified.
3. Study Material & Content Usage
All study materials, notes, test papers, and digital content given by VACIIT are for personal use only.
Reproduction, sharing, or selling of any material is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
4. Classes & Timings
VACIIT may modify class schedules, batches, or faculty assignments when required.
Backup classes or extra sessions may be conducted as needed.
5. Online Classes & Platforms
Students must ensure a stable internet connection during online sessions.
Recording, sharing, or posting VACIIT online classes is not permitted.
6. Examination & Test Series
Test schedules must be followed strictly.
Results and performance reports are confidential and for academic evaluation only.
7. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid on or before the due date.
Late fees may apply for delayed payments.
Refund Policy – VACIIT
VACIIT follows a transparent but strict refund policy to maintain fairness.
1. Admission Fee
Admission/Registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Tuition Fee
Refund will be processed only under special conditions:
A. Before Course Starts
If a student withdraws before the course begins, up to 70% of the tuition fee may be refunded.
B. Within 7 Days of Course Start
A maximum of 50% refund is allowed.
C. After 7 Days
No refund will be provided once 7 days have passed from the start date of the course.
D. Batch Change
Batch change is subject to availability and approval by management.
E. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days via bank transfer.
